[Merkaartor] 0.14-PRE1 and authenticating proxy support

As I said previously, authentication seems to work for me, but it's the
CONNECT to the wrong port (this means non-443) that the proxy I'm behind
doesn't allow. Hence the error message I get from the proxy.

I haven't checked out the source code, but I guess what merkaartor needs
to send out is a GET request.
