[Merkaartor] V1.3rc3 (win) constantly crashing

- completely uninstalled Merkaartor (invoking uninstall)
- removed HKCU\Software\BartVanhauwaert from registry to make sure
- installed merkaartor-0.13-rc4-debug.msi
   - typical, user and complete install are exactly same, so what the fuss?
   - missed 'Start Merkaartor now?' checkbox at end of install
- had a bloody bad time to find out that connects to OSM were accepted
  although neither username nor password were given (endless wait,
  obviously no timeout)
- finally found the settings within preferences dialog (sigh)
- tried to connect to OSM, but no success
- listening to web radio FM4 to verify internet connection
  - Joni Mitchell - Edith and the Kingpin (drifting away...)
- back again, debug win has produced some 'x or y is NaN'
- at next attempt, OSM download is successful
- removed some MapSpam by plan.at (upload successful)
- searched for 'uploaded_by: plan.at' (no more at this zoom level)
- zoomed out quite far to see all results
- hit 'download more', received a 'too many nodes' from OSM
- zoomed in again, tried to download, no connection within 60 secs,
  pressed cancel
- downloaded map layer has gone (!)
  - wanted to attach screenshot, but mailsys refuses >40k

A bug maybe, but no crash so far, sorry! (gdb.txt nevertheless
attached). Will try on...
