[Merkaartor] Merkaartor 0.13 released

I've compiled and installed 0.13 on a Linux system.

My locale is en_US.utf8 and when I run Merkaartor, it says "Could not
load selected language...".

Must a user select a language from Tools -> Preferences? Shouldn't
there be a default?

(btw, the version info says 0.13_rc5)
