[Merkaartor] Custom TMS servers with merkaartor

I'll have a look.
It would be far easier with the url of your custom TMS server, though ;-)

As for your remarks, indeed, for TMS, Merkaartor expects EPSG:900913.
Have you tried playing with the min/max zoom level setting?
