[Merkaartor] Paradigm change: removal of "Dirty" and "Uploaded" layers

Dear,

This to warn you of a paradigm change: The deaflut "Dirty" and "Uploaded"
layers have been removed.
The dirty status of a feature is now managed at the feature level.

You can still find dirty or uploaded objects by using the "Find" or "Filter"
feature and using ":dirty=true" or ":uploaded=true"
