[Merkaartor] Coastlines, thick blue line, can it be turned off?

Thank you Chris,

Am I correct that the filter-system is introduced in 0.17? I am
currently on 0.16.1 from the ubuntu maverick universe repository. It
turns out that ppa:openstreetmap/ppa doesn't have any entries for
maverick yet, so I am not able to upgrade unless I select to install
from source.
