[Merkaartor] satellite photo sources

There is a "soft" dependency on the Boost library.

Apparently, you don't have it installed, so you can use
"USE_BUILTIN_BOOST=1" on the qmake command-line to use an internal one.
I also recommend to install and enable the PROJ4 and GDAL packages at
minimum. This would make the qmake line look like:

qmake USE_BUILTIN_BOOST=1 PROJ=1 GDAL=1
