[Merkaartor] Merkaartor 0.15 released

[merkaartor]

We have to pleasure of announcing the release of **Merkaartor 0.15**.

Besides the usual bug fixes, the main nicenesses are:

  * Virtual Nodes to allow fast creation of intermediary nodes
  * GeoTIFF background plugin
  * Add GlobeXplorer (DigitalGlobe) to default WMS list
  * NearMap Austalian TMS to the default list
  * Re-added tiled Yahoo! imagery as a plugin
  * Allow all platforms to connect to a gpsd backend
  * and many tweaks and little things...
