[Merkaartor] Nearmap Imagery

Just add this:

<TmsServer minzoom="0" maxzoom="23"
path="/maps/nml=Vert&x=%2&y=%3&z=%1" address="www.nearmap.com"
name="NearMap" tilesize="256"/>

to ~/.merkaartor/TmsServerList.xml
