[Merkaartor] Segmentation fault while uploading changes

Hi,

today, I removed a building and some points kept there (were part of the 
"road" around the building). I tried several times to kill those nodes 
(the undo log also showed several times, that I tried to delete nodes 
with always the same node ID). While uploading this changes, Merkaartor 
crashed.
