[Merkaartor] Possible fix for recurring post upload crash

Thanks, I've started using the latest svn build from
<http://www.semperpax.com/merkaartor/nightly-builds/windows/>.  So far, so good.

If I might mention something else - I notice that when using the OS Street
View tiles as a background, Merkaartor repeatedly downloads the same tiles.
It wants to redownload them every time you zoom or out, and also on some other
operations such as changing the type of a way.  The log window shows messages

warning: requesting:  "os.openstreetmap.org/sv/16/32723/21831.png"

warning: getting:  "http://os.openstreetmap.org/sv/16/32723/21831.png"

even when this tile has been downloaded many times before.  Are you able to
reproduce this?
