[Merkaartor] For Linux users: Merkaartor now use system-wide Boost by default

Hi All,

For those building from sources on Linux, from now on, Merkaartor will use
the system-wide Boost installation by default.

If you don't have Boost and don't want to install it, you can still pass
"USE_BUILTIN_BOOST=1" to qmake to use the Boost susbset in the Merkaartor
SVN.

Minimum Boost version (and the one in trunk) is 1.38.
