[Merkaartor] Merkaartor on Mac OS X 10.4

Hi,

I am trying to install Merkaartor on Mac OS X version 10.4. However,  
this far I have run out of luck.

Downloading the builds from merkaartor.org doesn't seem to work  
except for the old version 0.13.2 build, but as that doesn't have  
Nearmap support, I am not terrible interested in that. For the newer  
versions, they quit as soon as I try to launch them. I suspect they  
might require a newer version of Mac OS.

Trying to build from the source, I get the error below:

The commands I ran was:

Anyone having idea what I'm doing wrong?
