OSGB36 is the UK projection used by the Ordnance Survey stuff.

There must be something fishy with you preferences.
Please rename your "~/.config/BartVanhauwaert/Merkaartor.conf" to start from
scratch. If it works then, please send me your old config that I can check
what went wrong.
If it still doesn't work, try without using the bookmarks.
