[Merkaartor] Sections of imported way are offset

Could you please put the specific files you were using (SHP and OSM)
somewhere:
1) to be sure we are in the same situation
2) because I don't feel like navigating the NHD site nor fiddling with
nhd2osm if not necessary ;-)
