[Merkaartor] Windows Mobile build?

Hi,

What are the chances of an updated Windows Mobile build? I've tried the  
0.12 version that's available on my Motorola MC75, and while it installed  
and I can load GPX traces, nothing else seems to work.

What is the build environment for the Windows Mobile version? Is it  
something I could try myself?
