[Merkaartor] MacOS X: Layer names overlap in the layer list (first reported in #3114)

To the Mac users affected by http://merkaartor.be/issues/3114:

This is unfortunately a Mac only issue, and probably a Qt one I can only try
to circumvent.
I think I remember this was an issue with the Mac native Qt style.

Could you please try to set another Qt style (in "Preferences-Visual-Use
custom Qt style") and report the outcome.
