Works. Thanks you for your help.

I now cloned the Main toolbar nearly 1:1 and my custom toolbar doesn't have the 
labels. More space for features, I use regularly ;)

IMHO it wouldn't be too bad to be able to disable labels on main toolbar or at 
least to clone main toolbar to a custom toolbar with one click.
