This list is to help us develop software and techniques to respond
various forms of vandalism and mistakes; it is not about deciding on
incidents of copyright violation, although copyright violation may
lead to data being removed using moderation software.
As your problem is one of a potentially major illegal import then it
is something you should report to the Data Working Group.
