I have reverted that changeset. Could you (Sandervalya) please write a 
message to the author of that changeset and inform them that we had to 
revert the changes.

When writing the message please consider that the author might just have 
misunderstood OSM, and not known that his changes would go live! Most 
cases like this are not really vandalism but just someone who didn't 
understand.
