How much was the offset? This could possibly be an error in the NMEA to
GPX conversion. Does Mobile Trail allow you to save raw NMEA data? If so,
you could convert the NMEA data to GPX yourself (with gpsbabel) and
compare the results to the ones from GPS Track.
