Josmlint doesn't have a problem when I try it.
It does have a problem with Orsett Road, but that is because between
segments 7 & 8 then is a gap (two nodes are close together and its not
obvious to see)
Addison Close throws an error, and that is becasue it is thre segmenst in a
T junction formation
