[OSM-newbies] roundabout at end of streets

To my mind that's a roundabout, but I think logically it'd be classified as
a cul-de-sac because there's only one way out... The way you came.
I guess what would settle it is - is it like a roundabout insofar as you
could theoretically drive in a perfect, unbroken circle around its
circumference, with a separate island in the middle, or is it just basically
an enlarged hairpin-style corner with grass in the middle? If it's the
former, I'd go with roundabout.

These streets usually have a grassy area in the middle of the roundabout
area and can be large(ish)
