[OSM-newbies] big yellow box in JOSM

You can't really delete it without modifying the XML file, but you can 
disable the drawing of all boundary boxes.

Please be aware that you don't upload data outside the rectangle except 
you know that it won't conflict with existing data in the server. 
(That's what the box is for: To tell you what data area you downloaded).
