I discovered some mapping done in Pyongyang. I did not see this the 
first time I search through Korea.

Below is a list of KP towns/populated places which you manually can 
cut'n'paste into your josm bookmark file. That way it could be simpler 
to just download your town of interest.

The names + locations are taken from geonames.org, and I can't guarantee 
that it will work or be correct. If you want me to make any changes to 
the bookmarks feel free to tell me. As I'm only guessing it is North 
Korea you are interested in, it would be no problem to make a similar 
file for cities/towns in South Korea.

I also hope the special characters will not be mangled in transport ...
