[OSM-newbies] ways, bridges, and divided highways

No - ways should be contiguous. Please use the "split way" tool in JOSM to 
split that way into two separate ways.

For the same reason; ways should be contiguous.

The guys at dev are working towars a new data model so ways could be grouped 
and share common properties, but it will take some time.
