[OSM-newbies] vector.pm missing

Hi,
I try to extract some data out of an planet.osm file using
planetosm-exerpt-tags.pl
I installed the openstreetmap-utils from:
http://www.gpsdrive.de/debianetch main
still I get an error about a missing Bit/Vector.pm

What should i do next? Thanks in advance...
