[OSM-newbies] Tags for latitude/latitude control data

I'd like to upload the nodes representing latitude/longitude control data:

http://gisweb.cabq.gov/control/

which legally define points of latitude/longitude in the Albuquerque
area. What tag(s) should I use when uploading this data?

I didn't see any appropriate tags at:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Map_Features
