[OSM-newbies] Carpool lanes and direction-changing lanes

  There isn't a standard way - make something up!  If you can get
  critical mass (ideally by going via the "proposed features" page on
  the wiki to get it on the Map Features page) it will eventually be
  used by the renderers and anything like route planners than use the
  OSM data.   carpool=something would be obvious, but i've no idea
  how these things work, so I don't relly know what the something
  should be!

  In general, the only accepted tag for marking things that change
  depending on the time of day is the access key
  <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Key:access> but this isn't
  actually sufficent for your examples or many others - and this is
  fairly well accepted.  If you can come up with a system that covers
  your examples, then you've done pretty well!
