I can't tell you specifics about that model, but as a rule of thumb, "GPS
navigators" do *not* log data, unless they advertise otherwise. Anyway, drop
by the store and ask the clerks.
The review you've read in the wiki page refers to the Navigon MobileNavigator
*software*. That is, you load that software into a WinCE PDA and use the PDA
as a navigator.
