[OSM-newbies] un-orderes ways

Try downloading the newest version of josm-latest.jar  you want version 235 or above.

  In JOSM, I am occasionally coming across ways that are 'un-ordered', with all the
  arrow pointing in the same direction that do not get fixed by 'Reorder Segements'.
  I also tried splitting the way in to bits an re-joining which did not fix it either. 
  Even more strangely I sometimes come across single segment ways that are
  un-ordered.

  Any ideas ?
