[OSM-newbies] Simple question on tagging a cyclepath

I'm not sure what I should tag a cyclepath as.  In this case, it is one that is a shared pedestrian/cyclepath.  It is not part of the road -it is part of the pavement.

Do I tag it as both:

highway=cycleway
cycleway=track

Or just:

cycleway=track
