[OSM-newbies] large national parks

There are large slabs of national park in the north of Sydney - I'd like to
tag them as
they add overall structure to the map. I have bee doing this with
natural=wood, and
encountered an area that got very large and decided to rethink (well
actually, to ask).

How should large areas of forest ?
