[OSM-newbies] Street name but no street!

Hi,

I have added a few weeks ago a couple of streets in the town where I 
work, and these have finally been - almost - rendered in OSM.

Almost: The street is not rendered... but it's name is! In short, I have 
a blank area of "uncharted space", with a couple of street names text 
labels in the middle but that are not associated to any street...

Rue Victor Hugo and Rue Jules Guesdes that have been mapped and name 
rendered but not the street itself!
