[OSM-newbies] Divided highway - track both sides?

I map a highway as two ways marked as one-way if
 - there is a physical divider between the opposite lanes  or
 - there is a legal divider and the distance between the opposite
   lanes is significant.

Don't forget to create parallel lines if the lanes in real life are
(almost) parallel, i.e., if you set a node for one line, make a node
for the parallel line.

If you know that they should be mapped as two lines, adjust the
mapping ... :-)
