[OSM-newbies] conversion script ....

Hello,

It is said that there is a script to convert from the 0.4 to 0.5 format.
I went here but didn't find anything I could run (or please tell how to do
it?) I've worked a lot over the weekend and all my data are in the 0.4
version of osm and there are not uploaded yet to the server - I really
don't want to loose them :(
