[OSM-newbies] missing city

[Francis Augusto Medeiros - Listas]

Hi there!

I've created a node and made it indicate a city.

It now doesn't show on JOSM, but shows in Potlach. Any clue of why  
does that happen?

By the way, the latest JOSM seems sooo incomplete comparing to the  
former ones. I've read about the API change - so should we wait to  
get old JOSM tools back?
