Use a larger browser cache perhaps, and to reload first try the
"permalink" (or "view" tab on osm.org) to reload the exact same area.
I'm not aware of any method (short of right-klicking the tiles and look
at the tile images and reload them individually, then going back to the
page) of selecting tiles for reload.
