[OSM-newbies] Odd text on map

I find an odd bit of text on the rendered maps in my area, but it is 
too small to read and I don't seem to see it in JOSM.  There is 
little in that area other than a single road.  I don't see any tags 
on the way or nodes that would cause this.

Any ideas?  It is at 39.3681 -77.4306

It does seem to be at the edge of a tile at zoom 15.  Could it be 
related to that?
