[OSM-newbies] lanes

Hi,

I am starting to add lanes & cyclelanes to my ways, and have the following
questions:
( the tag description says: " lanes = Num: Number of travel lanes in each
(or only permitted) direction". )
a. a street with 1 lane in each direction, and no cycle lane, then lanes=1.
Correct?
b. a street with 1 lane in each direction, and a cycle lane in each
direction, then "lanes=2", "cycleway=lane"? Correct? Or should it be
"lanes=1", "cycleway=lane"?
c. a street with 1 lane in one direction and 2 lanes in the other, then I
must split it in 2 ways, each of them with "oneway=yes" and one with
"lanes=1" and the other with lanes=2?
d. a street with 3 lanes in one direction, 1 cycle lane in that direction
and 1 cycleway in the opposite direction on the left of the street:
"lanes=3", "cycleway=lane" but then what else for the other cycleway?
e. a street with 5 lanes at a traffic light. The left turn lane is the 5th
from the right and the u-turn lane is the 2nd from the right. How to
indicate that?
