[OSM-newbies] Turn restrictions

I have to insert turn restrictions. Should I use one of the proposed
features (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Proposed_features/Routing:_turn_restrictions,
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Route_block) or wait for protocol
version 0.5.
Will be possible to use relations for turn restrictions?
