[OSM-newbies] What is wrong with my traces?

I've had another look at 
http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/g4hza/traces/38350 and it still seems 
to be causing problems if I download into josm using the 'raw GPS data 
option'.

Is anyone able to try this and advise me further?
