[OSM-newbies] Coastline

Yes. I have read through the page. Unfortunately, with my non-existent
programming skill, I could not understand 99% of what is being conveyed in
that wiki. I assume that the program is in Perl, and that is all I know. The
second box in the wiki looks like some command line interface stuff, again,
which I do not understand at all.

I would very much appreciate anyone who could provide me with a guide,
preferably a "Complete Idiot's Guide to Coastline in OSM". Thanks in advance
