[OSM-newbies] How to upload traces? (403 forbidden error)

If you check the wiki page reporting the servers status, you will see the
the "GPX upload" is down at the moment:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Platform_Status
But if you want to upload GPX's to add your contribution with the Potlatch
editor, in the mean time you can use the off-line editor JOSM.
