[OSM-newbies] Entering building sizes in meters into one of the editors

Yes, I know how to extrude, but that does not help. I'm drawing these 
rectangles from scratch, so even if I use extrusion feature the 
buildings are not the right size and everything starts over again as 
already mentioned.
