I'd say install the Osmarender plugin for JOSM, but it seems you're
looking for some way to render a whole part of the map for your
likings, so you can insert them on, say your Navi?
But if there's duplicated data on OSM, why don't you fix it in the
first place so others can profit from it, too? It's probably faster
than rendering (and way easier, too! It took me quite some time to
just be able to join the tiles at home team) anyway.
Oh… wait. Are you mainly using Google Maps, but overlaying /some/ OSM data?
