Two options I can think of
1) www.informationfreeway.org , printing using IE7 from there seems fairly straightforward
2) Use the export tab on the main www.openstreetmap.org site to create a PNG, JPG and open and print from an image editor.

Subject: [OSM-newbies] Printing
Hi,
A newbie question . . .
Is there a web site that maps can 'easily' be printed from. I have my mother
using OpenStreetBugs to add details around where she lives, but she finds
printing too cumbersome. Ideally I'd like to point her at an online map somewhere
where she can select print from the browser and get what she wants.
thanks
