It basically says you can, but have to acknowledge OSM & not try to
'claim' it.

I use it on my work website - & regard it as a free ad for OSM! A good
reason for me to keep that area at least in good order, too.

Code to do this nicely has been published, I think it was on the main
'talk' list this year.
