Most of it is a rough guess, some sections are marked geographically
on out of copyright maps, other sections apparently follow the roads
above ground (due to laws that once stated tunneling could not be done
under buildings).
The rough guess sections are mostly by interpolating between stations.

Note: I did very little of the mapping up of the underground network,
this is what I've just heard from others.
