[OSM-newbies] resizing/changing josm fonts

Goto the options dialog, then open the advanced tab (the Einstein icon).
Click add and enter "mappaint.fontsize" and at least 9 as value. 8 is
the default font size and I believe you need to restart in order for
the setting to take effect.
